The Heritage Autolock AV4 from Winkhaus is an automatic multi-point locking system which locks automatically when you pull the door closed and is designed for doors that need a traditional eye level cylinder pull locking point. This version adds improvements such as being non handed and a new hook design with increased operational tolerances. Two solid anti-push back hooks automatically engage when the door is closed and then a central magnetic trigger activates to lock, the locking points and the lock can be opened externally by a quarter of a turn of the key to the euro cylinder – available separately. The AV4 meets the requirements of PAS24 and is approved by the Police ‘Secured by Design’ security initiative. Please note that the Autolock AV4 can be upgraded to a motorised door locking system by using a blueMatic EAV4 motor or blueMatic EAV4+ motor, which allow the locked door to be opened from the inside as usual using the cylinder and unlocked from the outside using all potential-free access control systems.
