TROJAN Mega Egress Hinge – 345mm 16.5mm

The integral strength of the Mega Egress hinge from Trojan adds operational durability for casement window systems and it is suitable for all side hung applications. It has a superior carrying strength and can be used on windows with a maximum frame width of 900mm at 40kg weight (345mm version) or 33kg (227mm version) and they are sold as a pair to provide even weighted support with true 90º opening for egress compliance. Supplied with a 10 year mechanical parts guarantee, this product has been tested to EN1191 over 25,000 cycles and also tested to BS EN 1670, exceeding Grade 5 classification for excellent corrosion resistance. When using Trojan’s Mega Egress Hinge, there is a reduced possibility of finger trapping, and it also has an “easy clean” setting for user convenience.
