The Rutland ITS.11205.25 is a concealed closer with a cam and roller mechanism making it ideal for compliance with Approved Document M and BS 8300 recommendations; when the door is closed it is fully concealed. It is variable power adjustable (EN2-5) and suitable for doors up to 180Kg in weight and 1250mm wide. When used in conjunction with a separately available IP.115 intumescent pack this door closer achieves fire rating EN1634-1. This closer has a manufacturers 35 year guarantee and is CE and UKCA marked.
