The RGL 2ACCESS‑12 is a 12 V DC, 5 A power supply unit specifically designed for access control and security installations. Engineered with switch-mode technology, it features an adjustable output between 12 V and 14 V DC, enabling compatibility with a wide range of access control boards or third-party devices. The unit supports additional battery charging and provides deep-discharge protection, current limiting and short-circuit protection, ensuring a reliable and safe power feed for critical security systems. Housed in a mild-steel, white powder-coated enclosure with DIN-rail mounting capability, this PSU offers practical installation features including multiple cable entries, LED indicators for mains, battery and output status, tamper protection and a fused 230 V mains input. It boasts up to 92% energy efficiency, helping to reduce running costs and heat generation, and comes supplied with 8 x magnetic standoffs for universal positioning control boards. This boxed PSU is designed to fit two access control modules and comes with a 4 way fused output module (RL04) to allow individual fusing of boards.
