Remove the screw, pull out and reverse the latch, and refit the Allen screw.  Sprung/UnsprungThe gearbox is sprung and incorporates an internal spring mechanism to assist with lever return, removing the need for sprung handles or a separate spring cassette.  OperationLocking Method – A.  Lift lever to engage locking mechanisms and then one full turn of the cylinder to lock.  One full turn of the key then push down on the lever to unlock.
