Returns, Refunds and Exchanges Policy

At LockCo, we want all our customers to be fully satisfied with every item purchased. If you are not entirely satisfied with an item that you have purchased, you may return this within 30 days of purchase for a full refund or exchange – excluding any shipping, handling and other charges.

All items must be returned in resalable condition, in original packaging and with all paperwork, parts and accessories. We reserve the right to refuse a return upon receipt of any goods that we deem to be in unsaleable condition.

Please include in your package a signed letter stating the reason for your return and the original proof of purchase.

Shipping, handling costs and other charges are non-refundable.

We will not accept cash on delivery or third-party billing for returned items.

Refunds are processed by the same method of payment originally used for purchase. Refunds include the cost of the item plus any applicable sales tax.

Items returned as faulty may be liable to manufacturer inspection. We cannot guarantee replacement; a warranty repair may be given.

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact our Customer Service team within 7 days of delivery on 0800 917 1001. We will require the order number and item number from your original confirmation e-mail, as well as your e-mail address and phone number.
